Andolini's has been one of our longest and most favorable Clients. Their owner, Mike Bausch, loves challenging our technical abilities. We help them with HR documentation, Business Automation, Website development, and most recently we built an in-house onilne ordering system.
Andolini's came to us with a major issue they were trying to solve: Spending hours a week manually tracking and ordering inventory for their 7 stores!
This manual process required their regional manager to spend about 3-4 hours every day checking inventory with all of their store managers. They would have to see what food products were stocked in their kitchen's so they could determine what needed to be ordered that day from their Prep Kitchen on Cherry Street in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Some of their other restaurants are at least 30 minutes away so you can image that by lunch they have some hungry customers that DON'T want to hear they ran out of cheese!
We decided to build out a back office system for their regional manager and store manager to use from their phones that could help them keep track of and order inventory from. We called it Andolini's Prep.
Our online ordering system now saves the managers an average of 2-3 hours a day. This is time they get back that can be focused on other important tasks. The ability to now track inventory and report on product ordering has also improved. Jim Bausch is in charge of finances at Andolini's and he claims this has been a huge weight lifted as well.
Jim can now run reports per store to see at any moment how fast they are moving through products. They will now have useful data that can be used to help forecast sales and shortages of supply during holidays and seasons.
